More than a Realtor...a Friend. Before becoming a Realtor, I'd been involved in several real estate transactions of my own that left me feeling like something was missing. I believe the real estate experience is not simply an event, but a process whereby I use my knowledge about the market to sell your house and find you a home and my negotiating skills to get you the best price possible all while taking into consideration the people involved. I focus on building a good rapport with my clients; listening to them, understanding their wants and their needs and doing the work required to get them where they want to be. I want them to make a good decision based on the knowledge I provide rather than a quick one based on emotion. You can always rely on my trust, loyalty, hard work and commitment, but I also pride myself on the personal, detail-oriented service I provide. My clients always come first and I will do everything possible to help them achieve their goals and fulfil their dreams. I want to exeed their expectations. For me it's not just about completing a transaction, but building a relationship that lasts. Even after the transaction I'm always available to help my clients with home decor ideas, offer recommendations for service providers or just sit and chat about the market over a cup of tea.
